cold tuesday morning

Doodles to all~ In the computer lab now - supposed to be having Prof Comm, but then again she hasn't set any agenda on what to do so I got bored and started surfing around. Complained to von and she suggested updating my blog. So here goes. Hee

Nothing much has been happening recently. The only really significant thing was this upset with the Boyfriend. Its the same old argument every time whenever this time of the semester comes around. About how he's spending so much time studying and how I'm feeling neglected : / but the good thing is tt we've settled it, and all through email! Thinking on, communicating thru email can be a positive thing at times; especially when one is hot-tempered like me and tends to sprout mean sentences when I'm pissed. At least when typing the email I get to look at what I'm typing, and this cools me down.

I found out that the Boyfriend can be quite expressive [in a good way] in prose. When he wants to, that is. (: And the best thing was that this whole argument was settled within a night, with no tears and no cold sarcasatic tones. I'm glad!

The first good thing that happened to me this morning was that we got back the Memo Assignement due 2 weeks ago - and Dr Sadorra said I did a good job! *beams with delight* She gave me a pat on the shoulder too, and it felt so nice, and such a personal achievement at the same time. At least now I have some renewed confidence in myself rgding academic stuff [lets not spoil the mood to even discuss morphology & syntax at this moment] it felt really good, and now I feel happy~ its not really the grades, but more like the appreciation. *smiles some more*

The day is long though - with Morpho lecture later [will I understand half of what he says?] and tuition. Oh well. At least I had a good start to it. :)
